Christopher Nelson is the author of Blue House, published in the Poetry Society of America's New American Poets series. Among his honors are a fellowship from the Jacob Javits Foundation and inclusion in Best New Poets 2012. His poems have appeared in Bloom, Fairy Tale Review, The Good Men Project, Spiral Orb, Spork, and elsewhere. Since 2008 he has curated a series of interviews with poets on the craft at Under A Warm Green Linden. He teaches frequently at the University of Arizona Poetry Center and has been visiting faculty at SUNY Purchase. He leads poetry workshops and classes on various topics, including revision, imitation, ekphrasis, the deep image, confession, and the god and demon archetypes.
